You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a second email to let you know your order is on it's way with a tracking number.

The time we need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. depending on the delivery option via checkout, but wherever possible we try to dispatch sooner. Please note that delivery charges are added automatically at checkout for standard or express delivery.

UK mainland postage is a standard flat rate unless otherwise stated. 

For larger items or for outside of the UK mainland please contact to discuss a delivery quote.

In addition we are also happy to offer a delivery service at a mutually convenient time. Alternatively if you are local or planning a trip to Southwold you are of course more than welcome to visit the shop and collect any purchased items.
